I have been going to this salon for years.....
Many employees who were great are not working there anymore.
I had a bad experience last winter. And they were great about re-doing my pedicure right then. And I don't see that person working anymore.
But twice in the last 6 months I have had less than professional looking pedicures.
If Kevin is available it is great. (And one other lady) but the rest are not that great.
I have give this place " one more chance " three times in the last year. And today was my last visit.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would. I was in town with my grandma and she treated my sister and me to getting pedicures and our nails done and she had an appointment for us (this is important). The pedicures started out perfectly fine. Near the end, the worker chipped my toe, noticed it, and then did nothing to fix it until I spoke up about it. Once we were done the same worker put tips on both my sister and me and was planning on just letting us sit there after we had waited 30 minutes. There was another customer who came in and they were planning on starting her nails before ours until I spoke up, at this point we had been there for almost 2 hours. While getting my nails done the worker was EXTREMELY rough on my nails, I have cuts on almost every finger. There was paint all over my nails and fingers, each nail was a different shape and told me I was done. Once we were checking out 3 hours after our scheduled appointment they attempted to uncharge my grandma for services already included in their prices. The man checking us out would not budge on the prices and in total only took $10 off due to the quality of my nails, In reality, it should've been $20, I wasn't asking for my nails to be free or anything. I have since had 4 nails break off due to the sh*t show that was on my hands, I got them done not even 5 days ago. Best recommendation, stay away.

went there for my Christmas present for my 3 little daughters. They had been begging for months so I agreed this time. We had made an appointment and were ready for us. We each had someone helping us so we all got done at around the same time. It was special for us and we had a great time and left with really pretty nails.
