Pour l'instant, nous proposons un seul service de livraison : l'expédition standard.

Les commandes seront livrées à l'adresse indiquée par le client lors de la commande. Une commande ne peut être livrée qu'à une seule adresse. Si un client souhaite envoyer des commandes à plusieurs adresses, il doit passer une commande séparée pour chaque adresse.

L'expédition standard est disponible au Royaume-Uni, aux États-Unis et dans l'ensemble de l'Union européenne. Nous livrons également dans d'autres régions du monde. Si votre lieu de résidence ne figure pas dans la liste ci-dessus, veuillez nous contacter.

Méthode d'expédition

Pour l'expédition standard, le délai de livraison est généralement de 5 à 8 jours.

Délai de livraison total = délai d'acheminement (1-3 jours ouvrables) + délai de transit (2-5 jours ouvrables) + délai de dédouanement (1-7 jours ouvrables). Le délai de traitement varie en fonction des articles achetés.

Dans certains cas particuliers, Ulike enverra un e-mail de confirmation de commande au client afin de garantir la sécurité de la transaction, et le colis ne sera envoyé qu'après qu'Ulike ait reçu la vérification du client. La date de début de la commande sera la date de l'e-mail de confirmation du client, et le temps de réponse du client ne sera pas inclus dans le délai de livraison proposé.

Processus de commande

Confirmation de la commande : Une fois votre commande passée, un délai de 1 à 3 jours ouvrables est à prévoir pendant lequel votre commande reste au stade de "traitement". Cela ne signifie pas que nous n'avons pas reçu votre commande. Votre commande est en cours de préparation et prête à être expédiée.
Confirmation de conditionnement : Après conditionnement et expédition de votre commande, un deuxième email de confirmation vous est envoyé, accompagné de votre numéro de suivi.
Pour connaître l'état de la livraison, vous pouvez suivre votre commande ou consulter votre compte client.

Most customers start to see evident hair reduction after 3-4 weeks. With 2-3 treatment per week, the effect becomes completely evident after 12 weeks. After each treatment, hair will grow much more sparsely and thinly. Eventually, hair reduction becomes permanent. To maintain the skin’s smoothness, you need to do 1 treatment every 2 to 3 months or as required. Both the outcome and frequency of treatment are different case by case.

According to FDA’s regulations, permanent hair removal means ‘continued and steady reduction of hair over a prolonged period’, which we provide, though some may interpret the term ‘permanent’ differently. Please know that even the photo-therapy used in clinics is not entirely permanent.

The biggest difference between these three products lies in the cutting grade and light transmittance of the sapphire head window. White uses double-faceted A-grade sapphire, pale green uses four-faceted A+ grade sapphire, and dark green uses six-faceted A++ grade sapphire. More facets and higher grades of the sapphire can enhance light transmission, making the effect more pronounced.

You can use your handset on any part of your body, including your Brazilian (Bikini area) and face. But please do not use around the eyes (use only below cheekbones)

Our IPL is not suitable for the ‘inner parts of the bikini area. Therefore you should never use it on the labia minora, vagin*, scrotum, or anus.

To prevent discomfort, we advise you to treat the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks from the lowest intensity level, as the skin in these areas can be more sensitive.

Ulike IPL hair removal device is not recommended if you have any of the following:

-A known skin disorder

-Skin diseases such as allergic dermatitis, eczema, etc.

-Photosensitive epilepsy or Photosensitivity

-Menstruating, pregnant, or lactating

-Dark black or sunburnt skin (please refer to the Ulike IPL Compatibility Guide)

-Damaged skin, a scab or healed wound, cancer or hemangioma

-Any artificial aesthetic, prosthetic, or plastic area

-Tattoos on the area for treatment
