I was so excited to try this new cookie recipe that I mixed it up and baked the first batch at 7 am this morning.
Too bad they all melted together into one giant cookie.
The good? They tasted awesome and smelled better than awesome.
The bad? Well…the picture is pretty obvious.
I’ll definitely be trying again.

I really think that looks cool!!! Kind of like a cool cross-hatch pattern… at least they tasted great!

We thought the same thing! Strange that they filled into a diamond pattern, but it did look neat!

Awww I HATE when that happens!! I always peek at the cookies midway through baking, but it’s always too late to do anything about the cooking together. Can’t wait to see today’s recipe!
