The technician was nice but the nails looked horrible afterwards. I’m not big on confrontation so yeah I paid $55 for French manicure/dip nails and then went to another nail salon and had them completely removed and redone.

I enjoyed my pedicure. The lady was very kind and gentle. I did not enjoy my full set. From the beginning, it was very rushed. She was rushing cutting my natural nails. She almost cut my skin. My tips are uneven. I voiced this concern and it wasn’t fixed. I also want my nails square. I asked if I could have them more squared at the top. She got an attitude and said “this is square.” My nails are still crooked and not completely square. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place.

I use to go to Kay’s for years me and my child but I don’t think I’ll go back this time got a manicure and pedicure gel polish three days later gel coming up and off all nails is the results payed 85.00 just wasted the nail tech already don’t cover the whole nails you will need a fill in in two days sad want be back friendly ppl cool atmosphere bad tech and business

Visiting from out of state & took my mother in law to get her nails done and I got a pedicure. Everything was super clean and both of our technicians did such a great job! They were very busy when we went, but they took care of us quickly. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town! Thank you again ☺️
