I recently went into Hairworx and received a cut from Theresa. This was after I had received a cut that I was less than thrilled with. I told Theresa about my experience, and she told me and assured me that she could fix my hair the way that I had originally wanted it to be fixed in the first place. After the cut was done I was thrilled. My hair was gorgeous. After receiving the bad Cut, I had to grow my hair out for a year before I got it cut again. So of course when I went to see Teresa I was more than nervous. However, much to my delight, I feel beautiful again. Teresa did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her, she has earned my business for life. On top of that, because she said I had had such a bad experience, she didn't even charge me. Can you imagine? What a great person, and a talented hair stylist. Prices at the salon are more than reasonable as well.

I have been here twice now and I love, love, love the place. I can tell Theresa what I want and she delivers every time. It takes a while for my hair to get completed because I have so much of it but patience is key! The entire staff is polite, friendly, super hygienic and their prices are more than fair. I recommend them to anybody who compliments my hair. I could go on all day long about how much I love this salon.

My hairstylist is Teresa. She's very intuitive and gets what you want. If your hairstyle doesn't work out she'll re-do it without any problem. That's the key. Teresa isn't afraid to ask questions. She's very friendly in and out of work. I always feel and look wonderful when I leave. She's the best hairstylist I've had in a long time. I never go anywhere else. If she's on vacation, I wait for her to come back.

Ann at Hairworx is the best hairstylist I have had yet. I can walk in and say "I have no clue what I want... just make it pretty" and she delivers! I take both of my daughters here, and she is even able to please the teenagers! Prom updo, wedding hairstyle, you name it, she can do it. If I ever move from Yelm, I will come back to Ann for my hairstyling!
